Property Investment Portfolio PLC (“Closepip”) is a property fund of funds. It provides investors with a diversified exposure to both the UK and Continental European property market though a range of specialist funds and other investment vehicles. Closepip intends to offer an attractive alternative to the equity markets.

Up to a maximum of 15% of the Closepip portfolio can be invested into other specialist closed-ended investment vehicles which do not offer a dealing facility. An experienced team of fund managers and surveyors manages the Closepip portfolio and an independent investment committee adjusts the allocation of stock according to market conditions and the Fund’s objective to maintain a healthy balanced portfolio.
Closepip is an open-ended investment company and is an Isle of Man experienced investor fund. The Fund is unregulated in the United Kingdom.
