Sixth Special Opportunities Fund ("the Fund")

The Fund was launched in Autumn of 2004 and raised £23.5 million of equity.  The Fund is targeting properties where, over a period of up to three years, capital growth can be generated through, for example, active management, change in use, commercial property development or land dealing.
