Second Quartet Commercial Property Fund

The Second Quartet Commercial Property Fund LP ('the Fund') raised £11.55 million of equity to invest in commercial properties, in the UK and mainland Europe, in conjunction with Catalyst Capital LLP.  The Fund seeks to generate capital growth through active asset management and development .

The Fund is currently fully invested in UK commercial properties.  Although a number of opportunities in mainland Europe were considered in detail, subsequent available transactions in the UK were considered to be more suited to the Fund's investment objectives.
