Fixed Uplift Properties

Launched in the Winter of 2003, the objective of this fund was to acquire UK commercial properties let on long leases and benefiting from fixed or minimum rental uplifts of at least 2.5% per annum.  The Fund purchased three properties: Witham Park in Lincoln, St Anne's Park in Bristol and CIty Square in Liverpool.
