Close Mosaic Property Fund LP

Close Mosaic Property Fund LP (the 'Fund') was launched as a feeder fund into Mosaic Property CEE Limited (the 'Company') in October 2006.  The Company was established in April 2005 to target property investment in the Central and Eastern European markets.

The Fund offered investors the opportunity to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of commercial property in Central and Eastern Europe.  The Fund raised approximately £17.0 million of equity of purchase Participating Shares in the Company.
